Tokens are units of work — the input and output of the agents, specialists, and skills you run. Most everyday tasks (a campaign brief, a weekly digest, a CRM cleanup) consume a small number of tokens; complex multi-step plans use more.

The Team tier’s 1M-token quota is sized for typical mid-market use, and your consumption is visible in-product so there are no surprises. Increase your quota whenever you need to.

You’ll see it coming — consumption is visible in-product — and you can raise your quota at any time. We won’t silently cut work off mid-task.

Can I increase or decrease my quota mid-month?

Yes. Quota is designed to flex up or down as your use of KEN-E changes.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The Team tier is multi-user with no per-seat fees.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing options arrive alongside general availability.

How does pricing change at GA?

Early-release pricing is locked for a defined period, so the teams who join early aren’t penalized when we reach general availability.
