Make KEN-E yours.
Channels evolve. Stacks differ. Teams have their own playbooks. KEN-E’s specialists, skills, and integrations are designed to be extended — not just configured.
Three ways to specialize today. More on the way.
Specialists for new platforms
A specialist is a narrow, domain-trained agent with a curated toolkit and an operating playbook. New specialists can be added by configuration when you need coverage of a platform not in the default roster.
Skills
Procedural knowledge — the “how we do this here” instructions a senior teammate would write down. Predefined skills ship with the product; custom skills are authored by your team and attach to specialists at run time.
Custom integrations
OAuth-based connections to additional platforms in your stack. Adding a platform is a configuration change, not a code change.
Function-specific extensions (coming soon)
The same specialist-and-skill model will, in future releases, power specialists for operations and finance. No commitment dates — documented so you can see the trajectory.
What’s possible today.
Add a LinkedIn Ads specialist.
Author a skill for your QBR campaign-QA process.
Connect a custom data warehouse for first-party audience signals.
Add a brand-voice skill scoped to your tone-of-voice guide.
The Skills authoring experience.
Skills follow a progressive-disclosure model that keeps token cost low: the agent loads only what a task needs, when it needs it. Skills are scoped and versioned, and the skills you author stay with your account.
For agencies and partners.
Agencies serving multiple clients can reuse skills and specialists across accounts — the playbooks you build once become an asset you bring to every engagement.
