How KEN-E uses cookies and similar technologies on ken-e.ai and app.ken-e.ai — and how to control them.
Structural draft — the binding cookie policy is being finalized by counsel. The inventory below reflects the technologies currently configured on our site; counsel will verify and complete it (including in-app and third-party technologies) before launch.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related technologies — browser local storage, software development kits (SDKs), tags, and pixels — that work the same way. We group them by purpose below.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary (always active): keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure our forms, and store your consent choices. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics (optional): help us measure how the site is used so we can improve it. These load only with your consent.
- Advertising (optional): measure and personalize marketing. These are not used at launch and will be added here when those tags go live.

Analytics technologies load only with your consent — and, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, only if you opt in. Strictly-necessary technologies are always active.

Advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft/Bing) are not set at launch. This table will be updated when those tags go live.
How to manage your choices
You can change your analytics and advertising choices at any time using Cookie preferences in our website footer (and, when signed in, in the application). In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics and advertising load only if you opt in.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of advertising and "sharing," and we show a confirmation when your signal has been applied. We do not respond to the legacy Do Not Track (DNT) signal.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting or blocking them. Blocking strictly-necessary technologies may break parts of the site.

We will update this page when our use of cookies changes and revise the date below. The binding wording of this section is pending legal review.
