FAQ
Straight answers about the product, token-based pricing, security, and what it’s actually like to work with an autonomous marketing team.
KEN-E is an autonomous marketing team in a single cloud platform: per-platform specialists, a private knowledge graph that learns your business, a calendar that runs the routine work, and a measurement layer — orchestrated by a chief-of-staff agent.
A chatbot summarizes and suggests; KEN-E does the work. It executes on a schedule, runs multi-step project plans across days, and acts inside the platforms you already use — with human approval wherever the stakes are high.
Google Analytics is live, with specialists for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, and HubSpot. Connections are OAuth-based and shared across your team’s account.
More platform specialists and integrations are on the way, and new specialists can be added by configuration when you need coverage of a platform that isn’t in the default roster. Slack and voice access are also on the roadmap.
Tokens are units of work — the input and output of the agents, specialists, and skills you run. Most everyday tasks use a small number; complex multi-step plans use more. Your consumption is visible in-product, and the Team tier includes up to 1 million tokens per month.
The Team tier is $30/month for up to 1M tokens and includes the full specialist roster, the knowledge graph, project plans, automations, dashboards, and multi-user access with no per-seat fees.

Your data is stored per-account with strict isolation. Platform credentials are encrypted at rest, and connections are OAuth-based — KEN-E never stores your platform passwords.
No. We don’t train on your data, and we don’t share it across customers. Your data is yours.
Yes — platform credentials are KMS-encrypted at rest, and access is scoped to your account.
Yes. KEN-E is GDPR-aligned, with data handling, retention, and access controls designed to meet its requirements.
Yes — KEN-E is BAA-eligible at launch for healthcare customers. Reach out and we’ll walk you through the BAA process.
Not yet. We aren’t eligible to begin the formal attestation process until January 2027, so SOC 2 Type II is planned for 2027. Today’s security practices are already designed against the SOC 2 control set.
Most teams connect a platform and run a first task within the first ten minutes. You can add integrations and schedule recurring work as you go.
Yes. Your team can author custom skills — the “how we do this here” instructions a senior teammate would write down — and they attach to specialists at run time. The skills you author stay with your account.
Yes. Adding a specialist or an integration for a new platform is a configuration change, not a code change.
KEN-E runs autonomously on a schedule, but with explicit human approval points wherever the stakes are high. You decide where the guardrails sit.
Every action is grounded in a written playbook you can inspect, and a weekly digest summarizes what moved, what didn’t, and what KEN-E recommends next.
Yes. The calendar shows scheduled activities ahead of time, and project plans lay out tasks, owners, and due dates so nothing is a surprise.
